This article defines Loupe pricing for retailer & brand's, including which products drive the product count thresholds.
💡 What constitutes a product that is eligible for the count that drives a retailer's subscription?
All products that are held in the active or archive tab of your company's Linesheet are eligible, excluding the cases below:
1. Non-master size variants: The master size variant is eligible for the count of products, any additional size variants are not counted as additional products. For example, a cluster ring with 4 sizes counts as one product, whereas a cluster ring with 4 sizes and 4 different bills of materials counts as 4 unique products.
2. Items contained within a set: Loupe sets are eligible for the count of products, as are the standalone products that make up the set. Any products contained within sets are not counted multiple times as additional products. For example, an 18 inch pendant chain used with 20 different pendants will only be counted once.
Summary of non-enterprise tiers:
Loupe offers a variety of subscription tiers to independent retailers & brands. Please find a description of the three non-enterprise tiers below.
- Free: Independent retailers & brands can use the full Loupe software suite for free up to a 100 product threshold. When a user in the retailer or brand account attempts to exceed the 100 product threshold, they will receive the notification below that an account upgrade is required to add additional products. Only the account administrator can execute the account upgrade.

- Starter: Loupe's Starter tier is a usage based subscription fee that utilizes product count to measure your company's usage. Your subscription cost increases in line with the number of products in your company Linesheet. The table below illustrates the thresholds that drive your subscription tier.
