  • Look out for small yellow 'information' circles scattered throughout the application, like the one next to 'My Samples' in the image below.

  • Navigate to your name in the top right-hand corner of your screen and select 'Contact Us.'
  • Choose 'Report a problem.' A text box will appear where you can describe what you are trying to do and the problem you have experienced. 

Important: When you 'report a problem,' Loupe gathers information on your operating system and browser details. This helps us identify whether the issue is at the application level or related to your setup.
