Product Group ID and Master

In Loupe, if the sample requires a different image, it needs to be loaded as a separate sample (and selected by retailers as a separate product). This means that there are products in Loupe that retailers would like to group in internal systems or E-commerce platforms. 

There are two new fields in Linesheet:

1. Product Group ID - Retailers can assign a common ID to products in Loupe in order to group them

2. Product Group Master - Retailers can assign this to the size in Loupe that is the ‘main’ size.

When integrating with ERP or
E-commerce systems, retailers can group different Loupe products and have a ‘master’ size which dictates common attributes. 

Currently in Loupe we rely on material type, plating and images in order to understand product colour.

Retailers can now assign a product name to all products in the Linesheet.

Product Name Improvements

There were two improvements we wanted to make to product name because currently:

1. Product name cannot be edited by the retailer

2. In export, product name and description are exported in the same column.

Now retailers have the ability to edit product name in the Linesheet and there are 2 distinct columns in the export for product name and product description.

Retailers can now add product names that will match the names they would assign to products in their ERP systems or E-commerce site.

Order Settings

Currently our Order Management System is only offered to Retailers on Professional or Enterprise pricing plans. To deliver optimal value to our users we are going to make open Order Management System to CUS companies on all Pricing Tier. To facilitate that we are releasing some of the Order Configurations in this deployment.

Removed the paywall restriction on Order Settings features.

Now Retailers on free and Standard tier will have access to Size Maps, Production Sample Rules, Authorisation, Payment Terms, Delivery Location, Certificate and Audits & Marking Instruction in Order Settings.
