New Feature

Purchase and Sales Order

Retailers are using multiple external platforms, spreadsheets and email threads to manage their Purchase Orders which are disconnected from their assortment resulting in manual efforts and an inefficient process for one of the most critical business operations.  We built an advanced order system allowing our users to raise, track and manage their Orders in a centralised location. Some of the adance features include the ability to set metal price as fix on order date or fix on ship date, raise PO in Home Currency or vendors' quote currency giving complete flexibility to the users.

Any Retailers on Enterprise and professional tier users can now raise and manage Purchase Orders with their vendors via the Atelier system. Vendors on any tier now can receive and manage them within Atelier.

Improvement

Sourcing
> Stone Grids

We noticed some performance issues on this page when contained a large number of rows due to a memory leak in UI as caching was not optimised. We updated some UI changes and improved caching to improve the performance of this page.

Enterprise retailers and their vendors will see an improved UI on this page with better performance when using Stone grids.

Fix

Samples

> Filters
> Suppliers

When using the Supplier filter, users would occasionally come across an empty list for the supplier list.   Code was updated to remove the error when calling this endpoint to remove this issue. Buyers, brands, and wholesalers are now able to consistently view the supplier's names when they open this filter in the filters.

Fix

Product
>Linesheet
> FoB Cost

The recently launched feature of Tether to grid resulted in data async for a subset of products, creating a discrepancy in FoB Cost and Approved Enterprise cost.  The loophole of this edge case was fixed and also we ran a migration to fix the corrupted products.  Enterprise retailers and their vendors would have the same price on the Linesheet FOB Cost column and on Cost Approval - Total Cost.
