      		 PO Cost processing is blocked for some users due to a bug and these users are unable to send any new requests as the system has a limit for a single request at a time to maintain system load. We fixed the bug in the last release but didn't clear these blocked requests.  

      Using SQL job we will remove these requests which are in pending status to open the queue.

      		 Integration users will be able to send new requests to PO Cost Array endpoint and receive updated product costs.
