Creating a 1-1 conversation

In this article, we will show you how you can create a 1-1 message with your connections.

Option 1: From your Inbox tab

 

1. From inside your inbox, click on the compose icon above the search bar:
   
   
2. From the participant's list, select the individual you want to start a 1-1 conversation with. Then click the arrow to start the conversation:
   
   

 

3.  A new 1-1 message window will be open ready for you to start writing your message:

Option 2: From your Connections tab

 

1. Find the individual you wish to start a conversation with and click the compose icon next to their name:
   
   
2. You will be automatically taken back to your inbox and a 1-1 message window will be open ready for you to start writing your message.
