How to edit a Quotation
This article explains how sales team members can edit draft quotations before sending them to clients.
Tips:
- Remember when you create a quotation it is always saved first as a draft
- Sales team members can edit each others' draft quotations
- Editing a quotation means it will be reloaded to your selection, and you will need to re-save it again from your selection by selecting all samples and using the batch action in the centre-bottom of the Selections screen (which only shows after you have selected the samples)
- you cannot edit a quotation after it has been sent
Caution!
If you remove items from your showroom, they will also be removed from your buyer's record of your quotation, and if your sample was selected from the quotation then - even worse - you will remove the sample from your buyer's assortment plan as well.
