This article will explain how vendors can leverage Tray Mode to rapidly showcase product lines to buyers while using Presentation Mode.
What does Tray Mode look like?
Instead of a single product view Tray Mode allows you to navigate much larger collections
with your customer during a product video call.
You can open the drawer at the bottom of the window to switch between trays:
Top Tip 💡: If you have a large assortment of products to showcase to a buyer in a limited amount of time, you can use Tray Mode to rapidly showcase all of your items quickly and efficiently.
How can I access Tray Mode?
In Presentation mode, the default mode is a single product view. You can toggle between Tray Mode and a single product view by clicking the icons above the "select all presentation items" option. The icon with the single box will take you to a single-product view; the option with multiple options will take you to Tray mode.
Top Tip 💡: In Tray Mode, you can simply click on the image of a particular product to enter a single-product mode. From there, you will have the option to add a selection or a note directly from this screen or enter the product detail page by clicking on the large image of the product.
