Combining Products to Create a Set

This article explains how you can combine multiple products from your retail assortment to create a set.

Using Batch Actions

In order to use a batch action, you must first select multiple rows on your Linesheet, using the checkboxes to the left of each row.

As soon as a row is selected you will see a toolbar appear at the bottom of the page. Click Click for Actions on the bar to bring up the batch action selection page:

⚠️ Important:

There are certain requirements for creating a set:
  1. An existing set cannot be used to create a new set
  2. All products in your set must have the same purchase method (either all Asset or all Memo)
  3. You can have a maximum of 10 products in a set

Step 1. Select the Batch Action

The first step in all batch actions is a menu with all available options. Select Create a Set to continue:

Click Next to move to the next step.

Create a Set

The Create a Set workflow allows you to combine up to 10 products (each of which can contain a single size) into a set. You will be asked to specify a set quantity for each product in the last step. This will create a new set that will be accessible as a new row on your Linesheet.

Step 2. Images

In the first step you are able to add up to 4 new images for your set:

📖  Uploading the Correct Images

The Atelier platform automatically scans uploaded images and will reject any that do not conform to our photography rules. Follow the on-page advice to make sure your images are accepted.

Step 3. Attributes

Next, you will need to define the Set Name, Type and Categories (up to four) that the set is associated with:

Step 4. Quantities & Sizes

In this step, you need to define what quantity of each product should be added to the set.

You also need to specify which size is used for each product in the set.

💡 Multiple Quantities

If you need to create a set with multiple quantities of a single product, such as stacking rings or bangles of the same style, select the product and simply increase quantity using the Quantity In Set dropdown.
