Bulk assign Supplier ID to Samples
In this article we will show how you can apply a Supplier ID to multiple items in your showroom specific to each customer.
Step 1: Once your customer has populated your company's Supplier IDs and References in Atelier, they will be visible to you in Settings > Customers > Default Supplier IDs.
Step 2: Navigate to Sales > Showroom. Click on checkbox to select one or more samples. This will bring up Action bar on bottom of the screen for you to Apply Supplier ID.
💡 Tip:
Filter your showroom by using filters such as Tags (Collection) or Sample category(s) to narrow your selection and apply your Supplier ID to the relevant items.
Step 3: Now choose Customer company and relevant Supplier ID to assign.
Step 4: This will save this Supplier ID to all selected items. You can view them on Showroom > Sample Page> Customer Pricing Table.
