Tariffs

Retailers can now manage Tariffs directly within the newly renamed “Duty and Tariffs” grid.

  • Tariffs can be defined for trade between two countries as a general rule.
  • They can also be customized at the supplier level, giving flexibility to reflect individual agreements.
  • A new Tariff category has been added to the grid, making it simple to include tariffs alongside existing duty categories.

Processing Fees

As an alternative to tariffs driven by retailers, vendors can now add a Processing Fee at the Cost Submission level. This is designed to allow simplified tariff management for vendors who may incur partial duties and/or additional handling costs as they work around tariffs under an advance CBP ruling.

  • Fees can be entered as either a fixed amount or a percentage.
  • They are applied automatically after duties and tariffs are calculated.
  • The Processing Fee % will remain fixed, while the monetary value of the fee will automatically recalculate whenever the Cost Submission value changes.
